A little preparation the evening before saves an hour on paint day — and protects the things you love. Here is exactly what to do (and what to leave to us).
Do these the night before
- Clear small items, photos and shelves from walls being painted
- Pull furniture 60cm from walls where you can
- Take curtains and blinds down (or ask us — we can)
- Wipe kitchen grease and bathroom steam residue off walls
- Point out cracks, damp spots and wobbly fittings
- Keep pets in another room and plan paint-day parking
Leave the rest to us
Heavy lifting, sheeting, taping, filling, sanding and priming are all in your quote. If mobility or time makes any of the list hard, tell us when booking — our crew arrives early and handles the lot.
